Blou Robes may take 6-8 weeks but if you have a specific date in mind please let me know before you place your order. All other products will be made in 2-4 weeks and posted using Royal Mails tracked and signed service.

All orders can be cancelled and full refunds given within 24 hours.

Please read and follow all washing instructions. Bespoke items are made to specific buyer requirements and are as such are non returnable unless faulty.

Zips will need to be regularly rinsed in fresh water to remove sand, grit and salt. Fabric straps will wear with heavy use. All fabrics used are hard wearing but Softshell is not barnacle and winkle proof. Bamboo towelling may get small pulls which can be carefully snipped away without compromising the fabric.

Check fabric regularly particularly around zips to stop breakages.

Please contact me first to discuss any repairs needed. Zips and straps can be replaced, seams and holes repaired. Just pay postage.
